By checking this box, I acknowledge and accept that activities undertaken at the various schools and surrounding areas organized by the Pencils to People non-profit organization carry inherent dangers and risks.

I understand and agree to the following:

Pencils to People does not guarantee that the above-described property is safe for any particular purpose.

Pencils to People does not assume any responsibility for injuries to persons or damage to property, regardless of cause.

 

While participating in these activities, I hereby irrevocably and forever release and discharge the Board of Pencils to People, its staff members, and representatives, along with all landowners whose properties I may traverse to reach the work area, as well as their respective trustees, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as "The Released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities for loss or damage, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, and wrongful death, arising out of or in connection with my use of the aforementioned property. Additionally, I agree to assume full responsibility for any injury or damage to myself, others, or any property that I or my child may cause during the activities. Furthermore, I grant Pencils to People permission to use my or my child’s photographs or videos publicly for instructional or promotional purposes related to the organization. I understand that such images may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media without any royalty, fee, or other compensation to me. By completing and submitting this form, I expressly agree to the statements, terms, and conditions outlined above.
